Position Description – The position includes both administrative and customer service support. Responsibilities include daily cash deposit and application, billing, customer satisfaction calls, customer and franchisee support, and administrative responsibilities. Supervisory and/or bookkeeping duties may be required as determined by the local owner/operator. Typical Monday through Friday business hours are observed. Flexible scheduling may be available as determined by the respective owner/operator.
Success Factors – Ability to self manage, effectively communicate with customers, multi-task, organize, take a genuine interest in the success of the office team, and maintain a positive and proactive attitude.
Skills Required – Computer, bookkeeping and customer service working knowledge. Preferred: 3-5 years of business office experience.
Compensation – Depending on hours worked this may be an hourly or salaried position, typically along with an incentive program. Entry level compensation will vary based on market and scope of responsibilities. Advancement opportunities are available.
